How to use:

Place the loose tea leaves in the tea infuser and pour hot water to fill the flask. All to infuse for 2-3 minutes and then remove the strainer.

If you prefer a stronger infusion or another drink such as coffee, pour the leaves or granules into the flask and simply fill with hot water.
