Treat Republic Corporate – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Treat Republic Corporate, we take great pride in delivering premium-quality personalised gifts and outstanding customer service. Our goal is to ensure that every order meets your expectations. While issues are rare, if there’s ever a problem with your order, we will do everything we can to resolve it promptly and professionally.

1. Inspecting Your Order & Reporting Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any issues, please notify us straight away by contacting your Account Manager or emailing our team at clientcare@treatrepublic.com, including photos of the affected items.

To assist with resolving the issue swiftly, we may request that the items be returned for quality inspection. Please do not split the delivery or use any products in question before contacting us.

If we determine that the order is faulty, we will either:

  • Reprint and replace the affected items at no additional cost, or
  • Offer a refund for the faulty proportion of the order.

2. Cancellations
Pro-forma orders can be cancelled before payment is made.
Plain stock orders can be cancelled or returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been personalised.
Custom-made or overseas-sourced plain stock is non-returnable.

3. Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 14 days of receiving your order. If your order consists of multiple items, the 14-day return period starts from the date you receive the final batch of goods.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Non-faulty items will be returned at your cost.

Bespoke printed or branded items are non-returnable, as they are customised to your specifications and cannot be resold.

4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
If returned products are deemed damaged or unsaleable, they will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

5. Exceptions & Limitations
All personalised and bespoke printed items are non-returnable due to their custom nature. We strongly advise you to double-check all proofs and artwork visuals before approving your order.

If a print error is found to be our fault, we will:

  • Reprint the affected portion of your order or
  • Provide a refund based on the faulty proportion of goods.

Please note that we require photographic evidence of the issue before approving a return, and all liability must be agreed before items are returned.
